40mm Aluminium Extrusion

40 series Industrial Aluminum Profile is a 40mm x 40mm 40 series square T-slot profile with four open T-slots, one on each 40mm face. The profile is smooth, which makes it resistant to dirt and debris buildup while also being easy to clean. The 40-4040 profile is compatible with all 40 series fasteners. This profile is the most heavy-duty in the 4040 profile family and lends itself to clean room applications, machine guards, enclosures, or workstations. The four open T-slots enable access from any direction and are useful for mounting accessories. Normally our stock for 4040 profile is silver color, and we also can do other colors: black, yellow, red or blue.

Additionally, these profiles can be easily modified or expanded as per the specific requirements of a project. With their lightweight yet robust nature, Aluminium T-slot profiles offer a cost-effective and efficient solution for a wide range of industrial and DIY applications.

6063-T5 Aluminum alloy

* Main alloying elements of 6060 are magnesium and silicon in addition to aluminum, with excellent processing performance.
* Good extrudability and corrosion resistance and excellent anodizing effect.

Precision cutting

* Extruded aluminum extrusion has a very tight tolerance range, ensuring that the DIY process will not be bothered by dimensional issues.
* The tolerance range of the automatic cutting machine is very small, and the length tolerance is only ±0.5 mm.

Anodizing

Anodizing process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, and have good decorative properties.

Outside: Kraft paper to protect the aluminium profiles from the water and ensure the tight of the package.
