90 series industrial aluminum profile is 90 series square profile designed to meet your industrial design needs. Eight open T-slots, two on each 90mm face, providing you with a hassle-free assembly. Compatible with all 90 series fasteners. This profile use to clean room applications, guards, enclosures, or workstations and etc.

90 series profile is one kind heavy duty profile, it is ideal for rigid table and machine base legs, machine guarding, and conveyors. It is very strong and stable.

90 Series T-Slot Aluminium Extrusion covers10-90×90 and 10-90×90W two types of aluminium profiles. They have a certain bearing capacity.

There are only two types of 90 series T-slot aluminium extrusion profile, one is light duty 10-9090 , and the other is heavy duty 10-9090W.

10-9090 profile can be connected with 45 series, so the fasteners and accessories are universal.

It usually used for safety-guarding, testing and inspection services to workbenches, machine-frames, conveyor, CNC and linear systems.

6063-T5 Aluminum alloy

* Main alloying elements of 6060 are magnesium and silicon in addition to aluminum, with excellent processing performance.
* Good extrudability and corrosion resistance and excellent anodizing effect.
* Widely used in construction profiles, pedestals, furniture, machinery, etc.

Precision cutting

* Extruded aluminum extrusion has a very tight tolerance range, ensuring that the DIY process will not be bothered by dimensional issues.
* The tolerance range of the automatic cutting machine is very small, and the length tolerance is only ±0.5 mm.

Anodizing

Anodizing process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, and have good decorative properties.

Packing process:

The key differences are in the measurement system and slot size:

Measurement System: The 90 Series is a metric system, with dimensions based on millimetres. The 100 Series is an imperial system, based on inches (1" outer frame, 0.1" slot).

Slot Size: The 90 Series has a 9mm wide slot designed for M6 hardware. The 100 Series has a ¼" (≈6.35mm) wide slot, typically designed for ¼"-20 UNC hardware.

Hardware: They use different, non-interchangeable T-nuts, bolts, and connectors.
