60 Series Industrial Aluminum Profile

60 series Industrial Aluminum Profile is 60 x 60mm profiles made by 6063 grade. Aluminium alloy 6063 is a medium strength heat treatable alloy with a strength slightly lower than 6005. It has very good corrosion resistance and very good weldability plus good cold formability especially in temper T5. It is commonly used alloy for very complex cross sections and has very good anodizing response.

6063-T5 Aluminum alloy

* Extruded aluminum extrusion has a very tight tolerance range, ensuring that the DIY process will not be bothered by dimensional issues.
* The tolerance range of the automatic cutting machine is very small, and the length tolerance is only ±0.5 mm.

Anodizing

Anodizing process can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, increase the surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, and have good decorative properties.

Outside: Kraft paper to protect the aluminium profiles from the water and ensure the tight of the package.
