We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished group of clients to Shanghai Minjian Aluminum's manufacturing facility. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our capabilities in producing high-quality aluminum profiles for various industries.
This visit began with an introduction of our product range in the exhibition hall, where customers could view different profile cross-sections, surface treatment methods, and completed application samples. Our technical team also explained how different alloy compositions and heat treatment methods provide specific mechanical properties for construction, industry, and professional applications.
The highlight of this visit was a comprehensive factory tour of our production area. Customers witnessed the entire manufacturing process, starting from the extrusion machine, where aluminum ingots are processed into specific shapes through a precisely designed mold. They were particularly interested in our surface treatment department, where profiles undergo careful cleaning, anodizing, and powder coating treatments to achieve both aesthetic and corrosion resistance effects. Throughout the visit, quality control checkpoints demonstrated our firm commitment to maintaining strict dimensional accuracy and performance standards.
